This keyboard case exceeded my expectations. It feels sturdy, the keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the backlit keys are a great feature for working at night. The touchpad is responsive, and I really like the 360° rotating design, which makes it easy to switch between typing, watching videos, and using the iPad as a tablet. It fits my iPad perfectly, keeps it well protected, and the Apple Pencil charging works without any issues. Excellent value for the price—highly recommended!

The product is perfect for the Ipad in terms of utilizing it for working purposes or if you are just someone who is frequently typing. The keyboard has a great feel to it and it is a nice touch that you are able to change the color and brightness of the keyboard backlight. I will admit that the case itself is quite heavy and should be used with care (aka don't open, close and/or turn the screen part of the case with much force) as the screen and keyboard parts will break and separate if it is handled aggressively. Basically, if you were to be using this for a child ( I would NOT buy this case for anyone under the age of 7 if they are rough with their belongings) who needs to have this type of case for an IPad being used for schoolwork, make sure that you explain to your child that they need to be gentle with the screen part of the case or it is fast to break apart, rendering the keyboard useless and the reason for having the case is null and void. Also, the shell scratches quite easily, so if this is something that bothers you, I wouldn't recommend this particular case unless you could find some kind of clear protector to go around the case (like a sticky protector or something).However, the customer service for the company who makes/distributes this case is wonderful! They responded to my request for a replacement case when my daughter's case split the screen attachment from the keyboard almost immediately and resolved the problem within a matter of days. They sent out a brand new case basically within a day of receiving the invoice/purchase information and they were extremely amenable and kind during the entire process.Overall, after using this case for a few weeks and learning about the case's few flaws, as well as my experience with customer service when in need of a replacement case, I would definitely recommend this case to a friend and buy from this company again.

I was on the fence between four and five stars, but ultimately I deducted a star for the mouse/trackpad. Everything else about this is fantastic, however, and I'm super happy with my purchase.For the price, this really cannot be beat. It is sturdy, functional, charge lasts a long time, keyboard is great. I use this daily, and no issues. And I mean i flip the screen around, take the iPad in and out of the case at least once a day, and it still holds it fine. There are a few things that people have mentioned in other reviews I'd like to address:Tabs that hold the iPad in. I was worried because in other reviews, it was noted that the tabs are minimal (true, but it does not take much to hold the ipad in), and that they come loose easily, and rotate themselves, and the thus the ipad can fall out. #1 - I have and angled drawing board built for the ipad that i use for drawing DAILY. This means i'm flipping those tabs and removing the ipad at least once a day. Been doing this for several months and not a hint of looseness on the tabs (my personal experience). Further, you still have to pop the ipad out even when the tabs are open, so I don't really think the ipad would "fall out" right away. MAYBE if you had the tabs open and were being careless, it could happen. But it definitely wouldn't just slip out without some kind a maneuver.Weight. This is a legit concern. I'd say it doubles, or slightly more than doubles the weight (without actually weighing). Not an issue for me. I actually find the extra heft preferable. But if that is a concern for you, there you go.Looseness of the folding mechanism. Again, I open and close this thing many times a day, and flip it around to use w/o the keybaord many times a day. This has been over a period of several months, and it is still as sturdy as new.Mouse. This is my one crit. The track pad is basically useless. This is because you cannot just tap to make a selection, you have to push it down to click. Makes doing mouse activities like dragging, etc. a real pain. Personally, I'm not fond even of good track pads, so i just make use of the touch screen, or an external mouse. So, it isn't really and issue for me, but it feels really clunkily executed. Frankly, though, for the price, they could have left it off entirely and I'd b happy.So there you have it. Really good case/keyboard option - if you can look past the mouse. Definitely great product for what you pay!

This product started out nice. Was a Good fit & easy to use but within months there were inconsistent key issues where it would auto switch to the manual screen keyboard even when it was fully charged. Then later the top section cracked ( did not drop) & i can no longer keep the iPad secure within the case. I No longer using this device.

Bought this case and keyboard for our iPad pro. Gets used every day in our Rescue operations for reports on iPad. We ordered the black case.Pro: Holds up quite well, was worried about the thin connection hinge at the case to keyboard. But it's very sturdy. Adjustable screen angle is very nice and holds the angle. Back light of the keyboard is great for night time use. light weight, only adds very little extra weight to the iPad. Bluetooth is easy to connect and stays connected. Auto iPad shut off when you close the case. Does protect the iPad pretty will when dropped.Con: The case is a little to smooth, has slipped out of hands a few times. The little knobs that hold the iPad screen in place, has broken and chip to where it's not holding the iPad in place, but this was after dropping it from about 4 feet. The first purchase lasted about 7 months before having to replace due to battery not holding a charge very well. Would be nice if the back light for the keyboard would stay on a little longer.Overall a good case and keyboard for the iPad Pro. Still a 5 start purchase due to it's simplicity and reliability. Even with the cons I have reorder already, also there just wasn't much of an option for iPad pro cases to select from. This checked all our boxes and still use everyday.

I love this case. Works great super light and easy to use. Mouse works great. Fit my iPad perfectly. Has great protection and keyboard feels like any regular keyboard.

UPDATED Aug. 7, 2023. I did eventually see a message to contact BABG in regards to this issue. They promptly sent me a new keyboard case. Like the first one it is functioning and wonderful! Their customer service was great. They asked only that I send them a video but I can’t find the case so I suspect in my disappointment I tossed it. I just wanted to post this because their customer service was great.UPDATED May 8, 2023: I have been using this case and still say I love the concept HOWEVER, after using it for awhile the small pieces at the bottom that hold the iPad in place no longer do so. With use it does begin to turn easier to flip and use for writing… but, eh the iPad starts to pop out then too so you still have to go slow. I would not buy this particular one again nor would I recommend it until they come up with a better idea to keep the iPad securely in place.I received this yesterday. To connect to blue tooth you have to press the fn + C button. I looked at the top for the fn key. It is bottom left. The case seems sturdy. A little hard to turn the iPad case so you can view it from different angles or fold it ( you have to turn the top all the way around until iPad is facing away from you then lay it down to use it as a tablet). It feels sturdy, the keyboard is great and you have options for backlight color but I honestly don’t care about the color. I love that the pencil sits in the case instead of the table where my grand daughter found it. The only issue I have is that the iPad and pencil always start to slide out when I try to open it. It does disconnect from blue tooth. IF you stop using it for a few minutes but if you click on a key it reconnects quickly. I LOVE that I can get to the volume buttons from the keyboard again. As I type this the cursor does sometimes move but I believe that’s because I hit the trackpad. When not in use you can easily turn the trackpad off by pressing fn +t while you type and press it again to turn the trackpad back on. I gave it a 4 start because the iPad falling out is so far the only issue I have with it and one I’m sure I will become accustomed to.
