Ich habe nach unserem Thailandurlaub nach der Massaman Paste gesucht, um einige Gerichte nachzukochen. ich kann diese hier nur empfehlen! die Gerichte schmecken original so, wie in Thailand. um die Paste leichter zu verarbeiten, empfehle ich sie vorher in etwas Wasser einzurühren.

Die Paste wurde heute geliefert. Von außen war dem Paket nichts anzusehen. Weil es jedoch vom Zusteller über das Einfahrttor auf den Betonboden geworfen wurde, ist mindestens eines der beiden Gläser zersprungen.
