This is one of the few manufacturers of calcium supplement that puts out an appropriately measured dose per tablet, or in this case, capsule. Price is decent. My reason for docking a star: the capsules are not sealed in any way, so there are always one or more broken ones in the bottle, meaning there's a dusty mess, plus the missing product due to the capsules separating.

After parathyroid surgery my surgeon told me to buy calcium citrate. Said that magnesium and calcium shouldn’t be taken together despite what I’ve heard. So I bought this instead. Take with food.

So this was my first time buying this and it will be my last time buying from this brand. What’s going on with all the loose powder? Such a big mess and such a waste! Not happy and I wouldn’t recommend.
