Sturdy as heck but a small holster
The stand is actually fantastic they have multiple adjustment features for rotation and length. I swear this base on the stand is heavy it is like a dumbbell weight. It was a lot heavier than I thought it would be and I love that. The opening to hold the microphone was a bit small but you can adjust the bands to make it easier to open and it works! It holds my microphone really snug. I had my microphone cage crap out and I couldn't use my mic boom arm, but this stand helps with both and since the cage has a fantastic adapter, I can use the stand and boom arm by switching easily!

Gets the job done
This is a great stand that gets the job done. I use it faithfully to record audio and host meetings, it was pretty easy to set up and fairly sturdy. I wish that it would extend a little higher, but overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

GREAT Stand, but...
The stand itself is great, sturdy and solidly built, the only issue with it was the shock mount it comes with, its garbage. It was too small to fit my Audio-Technica AT2020, so I just used an old shock mount I had laying around, so definitely keep that in mind! Other than that, it doesnt sway and it has a rubberized bottom so it doesn't slide. Definitively worth the money!

Sturdy, easy to set up, will hold a variety of mic sizes, and at various angles
Wow, I didn't expect this mic stand to be so well-designed. I bought it to support my Samson mic for recording podcasts and for use with voice recognition software (like Dragon). The stand was elegantly packaged with lots of padding so it wouldn't be damaged during shipping. I was able to set it up in minutes. The pieces fit together intuitively, but the mic stand also has a nicely illustrated user manual, if you're not sure. This is a heavy stand. It would take a lot to knock it over. And, because it's so heavy, the mic can be swung nearly 360 degrees, vertically, to achieve the exact angle you need. Likewise, the height is adjustable. I can use it at my desk. I can set it on a low coffee table and raise the mic to record there, too. For some, this mic stand might seem a bit too tall. The basic stand (not including the mic holder attachment) is about ten inches tall. But, if that's an issue, you can swing the mic so it points down at an angle. Then, it'll probably be fine for your use. This is probably the only mic stand I'll need for most of my dictating and recording. Highly recommended!

The right footprint for my desk!
Perfect stand for my desk. I did buy an elbow for my XLR connection so it didn't hang down.

It’s heavy, it’s sturdy, it’s not too big and it gets the job done. Just get you one!!

ALMOST thought it wouldn't work.
I needed this for my mic, since I just upgraded the desk I have, but it was too tall for the arm it was on. When it came in, I noticed the connection was a different size than my mic. BUT. They include a metal adapter that made it fit my mic perfectly. Because of that, I didn't need to use the part that lets the mic float. You can't tell from the pictures, but this thing has a heavy metal base, so it's pretty sturdy. It sits perfectly, even if I have to move it for some reason. Great product for the price!

Good stand, shock mount doesnt fit AT2020
Sturdy stand with a great heavy base, but the included shock mount does not fit my AT2020

Resistente y balanceado
si bien la base viene incluido con un cople para el micrófono, este puede que no sea adecuado para micrófonos gruesos, lo bueno es que el roscado de este me sirvió en el cople que ya tenia y lo hice funcionar
