Got these to put in my Rothy’s flats so they’re more comfortable and have better support and structure. Major improvement to the arch and heel so your weight doesn’t rock back onto your heels and zero arch support. They also fit another pair of pointy toe flats I have so I plan to swap them between the 2 shoes. Seem like well made inserts and definitely were the most comfortable compared to a few other brands I ordered to try. These were slightly wider than my shoes but fit just fine. Would recommend for flat uncomfortable shoes

These are perfect and the best insert around without a prescription. ! I love the thin, trim line size with a great arch support that fit in all my shoes. Everything you need in arch support without the bulk of foam. These inserts have metatarsal support which everyone needs, but very few inserts have. I even used them in sandals because of their minimalist size. They’re a high end support at a great price. The materials used are quality and my feet have never felt better in recent years. I’ve come back 3 times to buy more and plan to keep buying until they’re in every one of my shoes so I don’t have switch them out to the next shoe. Highly recommend.

These fit in dress shoes so are not thick. They’re also not cushy. They fit my shoe all the way to the end just right. I was worried my plantar fasciitis would act up but it hasn’t. These are well made.

I have been using Pedag Viva insoles for probably close to 30 years because they are the most comfortable and durable I've found. They are well made and last a long time. The cushioning is minimal, with a little extra in the heel where I need it most, so it doesn't take up a lot of space in the shoe. The metatarsal support is hardly noticeable except by the relief of the pain in my feet. I also love supporting a company that has been around making quality, handmade products for so long.

I have bought several pairs of these and use them in all my shoes. They are comfortable and provide the right amount of support without any discomfort.

The leather, although an attractive concept, is too slippery. My foot slid so much in my well fitting shoe that I felt unsteady on my feet at times. Additionally, if you have flat feet this arch is too high. Which is surprising since this insert is recommended for flat feet. Back to my New Balance inserts. 12/15/17 Edit: I have changed my review from one star to four. After I returned these inserts I ended up at my first podiatrist visit and with a pair of custom orthotics. Whoa! Talk about a too high arch! But this extreme arch was something I merely needed to get used to and I did, following my doctor's advice to wear them for two hours the first day then four hours the next day and so forth. After understanding what I truly needed to address my flat feet issues, I began to look for a less costly insert that I could easily slip into shoes that could not accommodate my custom orthotic...that requires a laced shoe with a very wide opening...and back to this insert I came. Now I have four of these and two of their minis for sandals. They are slippery but I got used to that also. The leather will last longer and repel odors better than some other insert materials.

These are true to size. I have medium arches and most shoes for sale seem to have no arch support anymore. I have shoes ranging from $80-$400 and 90% of them regardless of construction quality offer very little in the way of arch support. These insoles are fantastic. If you have high arches I don't know that they'll be supportive enough and if you have low arches you may find them uncomfortable but if you are somewhere in between those two you can't go wrong with these. They are worth every penny. The heel cushioning is a plus but the two best things about them are how rigid the plastic is and how thin they are in the forefoot. The plastic does such a good giving support to the transverse and longitudinal arches and the thin forefoot means that even if your shoe or boot doesn't have a particularly high toe box you can still use these without feeling like your shoes or boots are too small or tight. The leather also feel great. It is more slippery than fabric though so that may come down to personal preference. Personally, I like a leather footbed. Lastly, I would not plan on just buying one pair and moving them from shoe to shoe. I tested them out in 4 or five different pairs of shoes to see how they felt in each (and they were awesome in all) but they are so rigid that they are somewhat difficult to get and out of the shoes and boots and I think this would lead to a premature separation of the leather footbed from the plastic support beneath it. I may just get a single pair to rotate through dress shoes since I don't wear them on a regular basis but I definitely wouldn't want to have to try to switch these between different pairs of shoes on a daily basis. If buying four or five of them seems a bit over the top see if your insurance will allow you to purchase them with your health savings account. I definitely plan on purchasing several more pairs.

Sur les conseils d'un médecin, j'ai acheté une première paire de semelles de cette marque, par rapport à une douleur due à une aponévrosite plantaire de mon pied droit. Ces semelles épousent parfaitement la forme de mes chaussures, mes pieds ne sont pas serrés comme avec d'autres marques de semelles, je n'ai donc pas à investir dans des chaussures d'une taille supérieure à celles que j'ai déjà. Ma douleur de talon est bien soulagée, je viens donc de racheter deux autres paires de ces semelles afin de les porter dans d'autres chaussures et même dans mes chaussons à la maison sans avoir à les transposer à chaque fois.

Arch and heel support is good however the insole becomes painful. With all day wear as the under side has an uneven surface it can be felt after a few hours on your feet and after 4 hours it is uncomfortable then after 6 hours it is painful. I work in hospitality and am on my feet for up to 10 hours, totally unsuitable for all day wear.

This my second pair of these excellent orthotics. They are very comfortable and certainly make it easier for me to walk comfortably and I particularly like the fact that they are such a subtle colour.
