This is a must have for your work station/desk! I love having a constantly hot cup of coffee and this mug warmer is perfect. This particular model only has 1 heat setting and turns on and off with the power button. I tried it with glass and ceramic mugs, as well as the mug it came with (ceramic mug with metal bottom). It definitely keeps all of the cups and drinks inside HOT! The bamboo and black design are also super aesthetic. I don’t believe these work with Yetis, so do your research beforehand. The only downside is that it’s not the best for lattes or drinks with milk foam, better for regular coffees, teas or other hot beverages.

Exactly what I was looking for. I've searched for the perfect mug warmer for a few weeks, read a lot of reviews, even watched a few videos. I am very happy that this is the one that I ended up with. One of the things I read was that most "regular" mugs will not work as well on a mug warmer if they have that rim around the bottom. All of my mugs at home have that, so I needed a mug/warmer combo. PROS: Comes with a ceramic mug, which is very important to me, as I enjoy coffee so much better in a ceramic mug. I no longer have to rush drinking coffee, and I no longer have to worry about it getting cold. This is perfect. It keeps the coffee hot for as long as you keep it on the warmer, and it's turned on. I believe it shuts off automatically after 4 hrs. I have only had it on for maybe an hour or so. It keeps coffee much warmer with the lid on it, but it even works with the lid off. It's an amazing feeling when you get to the bottom of the cup, and the coffee is still piping hot! No more cold last few sips! I love the look of this mug. Black with a wooden, sturdy handle and lid. CONS: Nothing on this "cons" list is worth removing a star from the review. Just a few little things I thought I would mention. The mug has a metal plate on the bottom that gets extremely hot, I did slightly burn my finger on it. Definitely my fault because I'm not used to using a mug warmer. Lesson learned! The on/off button is extremely sensitive. It only requires the slightest touch to turn on/off. Just something to look out for, and unplugging it when not in use would help with this. Anyways buy this mug/warmer, it is awesome!

Best coffee warmer ever. The best part is the heat absorber on the bottom of the cup. All of the other cups have a gap on the center part of the cup base which prevents the cups from absorbing heat thru the base. Coffee gets hotter on high heat than the heat from the the keurig.

After having multiple coffee mug warmers this one works pretty good. Keeps my coffee hot, the way I like it. I like the flat bottom metal mug which contributes to the coffee being hot (not scalding). The only two negative things I have to say is 1. Don't care for the wooden handle on mug. Not that it's made of wood, I just don't like the design of handle. I like the conventional design of ordinary mug handle. Having a bit of a time adjusting to how to handle it. 2. The auto shut off timer is way to long for my needs. 4 hours before it turns off is too long, 30-45 minutes would be a lot better for me. Hopefully I will remember to shut it off every time I'm done with it. Hope it lasts longer than the other warmers I've had. All said I give it 4 stars. RC

Love this coffee mug warmer set! Keeps my drink hot all day and looks great on my desk. Easy to use and a perfect addition to my workspace. Highly recommend..

On cold days, I hate how fast my coffee gets cold. This cup and warmer went on sale so I bought it. The cup is beautiful, well made, thick, and a big handle to hold it. The warmer really does the job. The coffee stays near very hot the entire time its on the warmer. As you get close to finishing the cup, it gets hotter like it was just poured. The cup holds a couple more ounces than a regular one does. Normally, my coffee gets to cold and I throw it out before finishing it and make another cup. Now one cup does it for me. Its 10⁰ outside. I walked out side, let my dog do its business, came in, put it on the warmer, and have hot coffee again. I plugged this into an Amazon Alexa plug so I tell Alexa to "shut off coffee" and don't have to worry about it being turned on by accident. I love this thing!

This was a great product while it worked. It kept my coffee hot all through my work day. The heater works well. Sometimes if I didn't put the cup directly in the center then it wouldn't register that it was there and would keep blinking. The button is easy to use but a bit sensitive. sometimes I'd brush the button with my hand while picking up the mug and it would register as a press. The mug is smart. the bottom has a metal plate which allows faster heat transfer. however, the first time I poured hot water into the cup I heard a pop and I could see a small crack in the bottom corner. I didn't notice any dripping so I ignored it. everything worked perfectly for the next two weeks. the other morning I poured hot water into the cup as usual and I heard another pop but this time the crack in the corner grew all the way to the top and now it leaks. disappointing. you'd think a vessel made to hold hot liquids and keep them hot could withstand hot water... additionally, while the mug has a cool looking design, it is very awkward to hold.

Use it twice a day, while watching TV. Dont use it around little kids, it gets hot
