It is quite simple to use ... the instructions are not lucid ... thankfully the interface is quite intuitive...fingerprint reader is erratic .. I just use codes..Very extensive reports. Networking was a snap ... All in all .... very good buy

Impossible to figure out how to use. Software regularly causes my PC to freeze and require a reboot. Most times it will connect to my PC via USB. There is no instruction manual with this device, so prepare for endless hour's on Google with no luck. This time clock is worthless.

Excelent product and good price. You need read the manual befor use this item.The software has some failure, but you can solve this with some tips. When you enroll someboy, in Register Date field, you must put a date before than period that you are calculating, if not the software will not make the calculations. For example, if one employee enters on December 12, 2017 and you need do the calculations for week Dec. 11 to Dec. 15. The Register Date for this employee must be a date before Dec 11. Later you will be abble change the date, after the period to calculate changes.Updated Sep 1, 20After almost 2 years of use the battery died. I tried to change it, but the battery is soldered to chassis. Very difficult repair this

Dont recommend @ all, cause not easy to setup, the software is horrible, doesnt seperate clock in or clock out, even though you choose that, to make it short, you spend the same amount of time or more than you would have adding & using written time cards...
