Essential for every aunt Owner
My son absolutely loves these! He’s using these to transfer his ants when needed. Very good quality and works as described! If you’re an aunt Owner, I highly recommend.

Pretty gentle for large ant species.
Can easily pick up harvester ants (Pogonomyrmex) and larger carpenter ants without hurting them. Would also work well for small beetle species. A little too strong for moving around smaller ant species without harm.

Entomology forceps
As mentioned in an earlier review, these are almost exactly the same as BioQuip used to sell. (I miss BioQuip!) They are used for handling delicate aquatic macroinvertebrates without crushing them. They are not "tweezers" that some might use for pulling hairs out of their body, etc.

Poor quality
Not good for precise use. The tips are not the same length making it difficult to use. Maybe just a one time thing. Made in china so I don’t know what my expectations were but not worth it.
