Can you move the suckered after and dose it leave any marks?

For me, the sucker didn't work at all. And i was fixing it to a clean tile so there should have been no issues. I had to return this item, so i suggest you find a different brand and don't waste your time :)

Would this hold a karcher window vac?

In view of the fact that the provided hook is not reliable and comes off the wall even though it has been fitted again by my plumber I would say definitely not. I am disappointed with my purchase.

Is the blade available separately? If so, can you tell me where from please.
