Item is sturdy, but it is not what is pictured in the listing. My picture shows the real product sent. With the jagged edges, it is painful to hold. I am returning this.

I love this thing is use it to release the knots in my trap area and I also freeze it to help inflammation and swelling in my face in the morning

This works as well as much more expensive ones that I’ve seen online. It can be a little difficult to hold comfortably with larger hands. It does what it’s supposed to do well.

This product fits so well in my hand and is the perfect weight. It helps to release my tight muscles in a way no other device has been able to.

Metal is durable and the angles of the curves work well for the purpose of IASTM. The only negative I can say is the grip is uncomfortable ; definitely not ergonomic (not that it’s marketed to be).

Cheap, thin, sharp edges!!

This tool has been a life saver! I have plantar fasciitis and when my feet are hurting I use this. It allows me to get a deeper massage!
