Value for money. It's been more than 3 months now and it's working fine. Got the water tested in the lab and results were perfect. Using it for treated water.

This product service is very bad
Today, I received a call from your customer care team along with a technician on conference. During the call, the technician clearly stated that there will be no improvement in water taste or smell compared to BMC water when using this machine. If this is the case, then there is no purpose in using this product, and I should not be expected to pay for such a product. Additionally, I have been facing continuous leakage issues and poor water quality since installation. I also have a recording of this conversation for reference. The technician has promised to visit today. I request you to ensure this visit happens without fail and resolve the issue immediately, either by replacement or refund. Kindly treat this matter as urgent

Not recommended
The power socket did not match UAE specifications. I modified it, taking the risk of not having an earthing wire. After connecting it to the power, the UV filter started leaking.
