I used the chocolate to coat peanut butter Easter eggs. It was the perfect size bag of chocolate to coat 24 eggs. I will also use to make buckeyes. The choc pieces were not stuck together, melted easily in microwave.

I tried a new recipe for the holidays. Oreo cream cheese balls. They turned out delicious! The chocolate melted perfect. I did white chocolate and milk chocolate. I used both a double pot to melt the chocolate and then I use the microwave to melt the white chocolate. Either way it turned out delicious! They weren’t perfect, but it worked out! First time I had melted chocolate in years so it was a little messy! But delicious!!! My daughter-in-law told me she used the cheaper chocolate and it did not work out so she had to run to the store and get Ghirardelli‘s.
