These are great to use. Never had any problems with these.

The quality is excellent—definitely a step up from what you'd typically find at a big box store. I’ve used them to drive through fairly thick steel with no issues, and after a couple of months, the stainless steel shows no signs of rust. Reliable and tough.

Hard to start but strong

Self-tapping, or as the original patent calls them, self-drilling screws are one of the miracles of the modern age. The hex head fits nearly into a screwdriver bit holder, and is much less likely to cam out than a Phillips bit. The BEWARE OF DOG signs are held in with these which may very well outlast the signs themselves. Put them in the bit holder, screw them in, done.

Good quality and have not rusted. Hold tight and self drill very easily.

These self tapping screws are worse than worthless. I have a metal garage that I'm framing the inside of so I need to sink these into the metal frame to secure my 2x4's. First there's absolutely no way to get them to self tap into the metal; I have to drill holes first. Second, when I try to get them into the hole I've drilled about 90% of the time they either won't go in or they will actually shear off leaving a portion in the hole I've drilled. I had some different self tapping screws that worked pretty well so I know it can be done. I purchased these because I need a large quantity and these weren't to expensive. Trust me; save yourself the heartache if you're going into metal beams and get something better than these. I'll probably throw out the rest of the bag these are so worthless.
