It says in he heading 18 and I received 18.

Which is it 18 or 36 the description is very confusing?

If you didn't get what you expected, I recommend returning for a refund. They will *not* ship the remainder (18-3=15) at a later date. $12+ is much too expensive for only 3.

I need the very thin , i.e. watery viscosity. is this that type? it doesn't say "gel" but, i thought i'd ask anyway. thanks.

This is the stuff for you because it is much thinner than gel. It stays liquid in the bottle too, doesn't dry out after opening like so many do. If you are gluing tiny items find something thin and pointed like a toothpick to apply it so too much doesn't come out.
