You get what you pay for???
In this case, I got a heck of a lot more than I paid for! I can't believe how incredible this product is for the price. It is everything an outdoorsman could ask for of a blade of its purpose. If I would have seen it and wielded it before I saw the price, I would have guessed it would be well over $100. Cut down a tree, clear a path, quarter a deer... you can do it all. Excellent product, incredible price!

A decent size and weight kukri.
As noted by other reviewers, the sheath does not have a belt loop. Perhaps this is to discourage owners from wearing the knife openly and to encourage the owners to conceal the knife in a bag or backpack? Anyway, I sewed a piece of MOLLE webbing to the back of the sheath using a sewing awl to penetrate the back of the sheath and the MOLLE strap. I prefer the stainless steel of this kukri to the easily rusted steel of my 30 year old machete made in India for the British Army Ghurkas.

ABSOLUTELY a FIVE-STAR knife if not for one SMALL PROBLEM with the sheath...
The knife itself is FANTASTIC... dare I say, a SIX-STAR blade. The handle is perfectly ergonomic, the blade is large, strong, and sharp. Plus it looks quite nice! And the size is perfect! The SHEATH on the other hand... is both my FAVORITE sheath, and my LEAST FAVORITE one. How could this be? Well, I LOVE the sheath for having a ZIPPER DOWN THE SIDE OF THE SPINE. That makes it my FAVORITE style BY FAR due to how quickly and easily one can engage with it to get a blade out... and also how SECURE you feel when it's fully closed . Plus, it looks the cleanest, being able to "do away" with any "buttons" or "clasps" which you would normally be seeing. So if it were a NORMAL SHEATH aside from that, I would be giving it 6-stars. However, it is NOT normal from that... the main problem is that there is NO LOOP ON THE SHEATH in order to fix it to your belt. It literally is the ONLY sheath I've gotten in the past 10 days which does not have ANY sort of loop for you. All it has is a fabric TAB which runs to the end of the knife's handle... but literally what the hell are we supposed to do with that? I've ordered about 30 knifes in the past 10 days, and every one of them came with a sheath, and every sheath had a loop for your belt to pass through. Aside from this one, being the ONLY one. But on the same hand, this one is the ONLY one which had a zipper. So again, it's my FAVORITE, and also my LEAST favorite. Very strange decision by the manufacturer... if they are trying to save money on the design, that had to have been the LOWEST-COST feature (with functionally the highest VALUE) that they could have removed. I mean, they didn't even need to add any more fabric, all they had to do was loop the top of the tab down behind the back of the sheath, and sew a quick seam through it, and voilร ... you have a loop...

Very flawed sheath
The sheath is straight up sucks! It came to me with the stitching ripped and there is no loop on it to carry the sheath on your belt. I am having to restitch part of the sheath and have sewn a belt loop on it. Hopefully it holds up. Iโm no professional with thread and needle but I manage. Time and usage will tell. The handle is part plastic. Not too happy about that but it has a good heavier weight at the tip for more solid swings. Itโs a 26$ machete and is good for the price. No excuse for the raggady azz sheath though!

Pretty tough and versatile
I the holster isn't user friendly bur the knife... now this is almost as good as the real deal it also has a saw that actually works, I have used it for a week so far hacking libs off of trees... it works better than my machete
