It's been about 15 days since I bought the product, and now I've confirmed that the moisture has turned into water and is accumulating on the bottom of the container. At first, there was no change, so I thought that I had bought it by mistake, but the grains clumped together and water is forming downwards. I like that it doesn't smell anything, and when I remove the tinfoil on the top, it has another waterproof device, so it can be placed in a room with a child with confidence. No need to worry about my pretty doggi spilling water. So far, I'm very satisfied. In 15 days I will update again. It's especially nice to be able to put it in the baby wardrobe.

The product works, you just need to place it and check it back 1-2 months, depending how humid the place is. This is placed inside my clothing closet, after 2 months, which is full of moisture. I also put behind cat litter box, the water captured is in gray color. So I know the product works. This is slower capturing than damp rid because damp rid more of a flake and powder, so I feel that I spent more by using damp rid. Shipping can use more care, my 2nd shipment arrived damaged and I need to inspect every items to make sure the seal is not broken, otherwise use it immediately or ask for replacement. I did not purchase the refill due to the paper seal on current container can't be replaced back and it will leak, plus the price of new container is cheaper than refill at the time.

Most of these have been working very well, but the beads in one just turned hard and didn't collect any moisture, that's the reason for 4 stars. I have also found the same thing at the $tree for 25 cents less ea. I have had these before and they all worked great. I use them at the windows to keep them from fogging up and getting moisture between the panes, in the closets, and in our vehicles that are parked for most of the time. Washington state on the west side is always damp in the winter.

I have used several moisture absorbers for years and this brand is horrible. I have had 2 sitting in areas where I need them for almost 2 months now and there is not a drop of water in the container. The crystals are hard as a brick, not like the other absorbers. Very dissatisfied. Problem is I have a whole box with 28 of these and I definitely don't want to keep them if they aren't going to do what I bought them for. I would have rated these sooner but I spent the last month in and out of hospitals and couldn't get the chance.

While an off brand, it looks and works exactly the same and for a lot less spent. Only thing I noted was the paper seal on top tended to separate easily. So just hold it down while pulling off the foil cover. Easy to do.

I use these in my gun safe and they work great. Each one last about three months before filling up and they are so easy to use. I have one of the ones you are supposed to plug in when the color changes but it’s a pain to monitor. With these you just glance at it and it tells you everything you need to know about its condition in an instant. Gonna buy the big pack of them next time.
