I've been gymming for quite many years.. so had used many brands for bcaa... i tried muscle asylum for the first time... the taste was very good...it was easy to digest too...and more importantly it is quite cheaper as well as quality product. .. i gives extra servings too...will definitely stay with this for long now

Short description
I have been working out for 9 years now and this will an honest review. To start with the underwhelming factors: Bcaa's in most cases also acts a pre cursor to your workout. This doesn't have that kick. Tried fruit punch, decent flavour. It does help.during workouts but nothing exceptional. The goods: Good for beginners. The packaging and marketing strategy. It maintains a ratio of 2:1:1 Number of Servings is 50, which is competative Does help in rejuvenation of energy during training. So overall my verdict will be if you are tight on budget and you are at a beginner stage this is a very good option to start your hands-on. For pro lifters ,you need to spend more and go with bigger brands.

Initially I have doubt regarding its performance but when I genuinely use it,it is really worth it especially as per the price range...5 stars from my side as it fullfil taste and all factors for me

Fulfills the criteria what was expected from this product
Either beginners or advanced athletes, it's an appropriate energy mimicking fast muscle recovery BCAA. Flavour & texture is up the mark, not over flavoured or sweet if mixed in proper ratio with water. Rest I'm satisfied with its results & functioning. You can go ahead & try it.
