I got the firm support and it’s perfect! If you’re concerned about it being too firm (in my opinion) it is not too firm. It has just the right amount of squish to be comfy while still being very supportive. I’m 3 months postpartum and work at a desk all day. My PT recommended I roll up a towel for lumbar support to encourage good posture, but I was tired of it not staying put and frankly I wanted more support. I found this and it’s perfect! I bought the firm version and it is too firm. Actually hurts my back to use it. Should have purchased the softer version.

I have been buying/suggesting these for people in a desk job for years. The lumbar support improves your whole posture! It’s soft but fits well into the arch in your back and isn’t bulky once sitting on it. I have people try mine in the office and then they usually buy their own!

The lumber rolls are perfect for anyone with lower back pain. The firm ones are good, but if you’re new to the lumber roll, I would start with the standard.

This lumbar support is extremely good for your back. I have placed it in my chair and it does a great job of supporting my lower back .. it is firm as described and would recommend this to anyone who wants a firm lower back support .. since this is imported it is quite pricey but worth it ...
