I've bene using this creatine for years! Most creatine's come with some kind of flavor but this monohydrate is amazing. I drop a scoop in my coffee every morning and you can't even taste it! Definitely a recommended buy!

For your reference, I have added a few pictures.So why this product?There are three reasons I use this product:1. Creatine Monohydrate. While researching, this version of creatine seems to be the most studied and safest option to supplement with.2. For the known benefits of creatine.3. For the cognitive effects (improved brain function) of creatine.4. No taste (when mixed with 24 ounces of water).4. I am a vegan (no meat, dairy, or animal-based foods).My normal workout routine is based on isometric (body weight only) short high-intensity workouts three to four times a week. These workouts are mainly full body cardio circuits.As a vegan, my creatine levels without supplementation are about the same as they were when I consumed meat. However, when I started supplementing with creatine my levels skyrocketed. With this increase, I noticed I was able to do cardio longer and I feel less fatigued when working on intense tasks at work.Please note, I am not saying this product is a magic solution to your workout routine and/or memory challenges. However, in my experience, I find creatine supplementation helps me push a little harder and further.So should I do a loading phase?What is a loading phase? There are different views on what is considered a loading phase. While researching, the common loading phase is 20g (4 servings) of creatine for seven days. After this loading phase, the maintenance phase is 5g (1 serving) daily. Personally, I chose to do a loading phase. However, I have friends that chose to not do one and they felt similar effects.Of course, a healthy diet with your exercise goals is paramount the a healthy you. This is a great product for anyone looking to increase endurance, strength, or stamina. I took it to get back in shape to speed up my recovery time in between workouts. It literally cuts the time in half that it would normally take to recover. I like that it doesn't have a taste to it. You can mix it with anything, even water!I recommend this to anyone that is looking to get in shape or for bodybuilders looking to gain real mass. Great product!

This new update to the already good product is not bad. The new, more powdery, formula does not sit on the bottom of the shaker as much and blends better.

Great form of Creatine Mono. They use CreaPure which you can bing or google for more info. The price is good. No scoop included, so use a teaspoon or save your scoop from another brand of creatine. The scoop in the MusclePharm creatine is the perfect size for 5g of Creatine from this brand. Monohydrate is all you need, other forms are fine, blends are fine, but the results will be the same. Mono is the most studied form of Creatine with proven results.

Best creatine on the planet bar none. Believe me, I have tried almost all of them:) German crea-pure creatine is superior in every way. Don't believe the hype of other "cutting edge" products. Just remember that this stuff dissolves much more effectively and quickly in WARM beverages such as coffee or tea. The more dissolved the crystals are when they reach your GI tract, the better the absorption and the quicker as well. You want to get as many unmodified molecules of this stuff into the muscle cells as possible. Great price on Amazon. Please do not bother with "loading" or other nonsense. just 5 grams per day is all that is required to keep your muscles full, dense, and powerful!
