How long does it take to work?

For me it took about 24 hours to notice a difference. I tried other products but this one worked better for me. I took one in am & one in pm.

Does this have the ingredient of pumpkin seed extract?

I just read the bottle and did not see pumpkin seed extract as an ingredient

Does it include vitamin d? amazon text says vitamin d, but image of ingredients does not. this is for the prostate plus product 180 count

Did not help me at all. Sorry. The best thing I found was BUCHU they have several products one is for prostate health. It's 50% effective much more effective than the 12 other things I bought.

Is this time released

My guess: Indirectly, yes. The gelatinous coating on the active ingredients of each pill are water soluble. After a certain period of time in your stomach, the water in your stomach dissolves the gelatinous coating, releasing the ingredients (whatever they are) into your stomach and the bloodstream.
