Does the grip come with the adhesive tape strip to secure to shaft?

No, it’s the grip only. You’ll need to supply your own grip tape.

Where are these manufactured?

It doesn't have "made in China on it"!! No real manufacturer's name but it does have a large USA on it.

I am looking for a suction cup attachment for my new champ key putter. With the pistol grip. I cannot find them anywhere that will fit that grip

I purchased one of the grips and installed in on my putter, but found out it was too large for my putter holder on the side of my fgolf bag. So I am not surprised you cannot find a suction cup to fit it. Modifications may be required to get one to fit.

Comparing to a super stroke 2.0, is this grip larger or smaller?

I don't know your grip oval size. This one is about 1 1/8" at the shaft and 1 7/8"x1 1/8" at the end. There is a picture with sizes listed.
