This is a fun song. Have always liked Boney M, so I always perk up when I hear one of their samples on the radio.Have only been able to find one more song by this group, which was sampled from another old disco song I used to love. Hoping for more!

La descrizione del contenuto del vinile non è molto parlante... Il disco contiene la original extended mix su lato A e 2 RMX del dj Afrojack sul lato B. Ho messo 3 stelle al posto delle 5 che meriterebbe la traccia perché, sull'etichetta B side del vinile era presente della colla residuo di un adesivo rimosso (da Amazon?!🙄) che ho eliminato a fatica e tra l'altro è un po' rovinata...

Während meines Urlaubes in Las Vegas 2010 wurde dieser Titel sowohl auf allen Radiosendern als auch in allen Discotheken "rauf und 'runter" gespielt. Kaum beginnt der Song fängt der ganze Körper an sich unwillkürlich im Rhytmus des Tracks zu bewegen. Ich war hin und weg und legte mir als CD und DVD Sammler gleich 2 !!! Maxi CDs zu ( zwei Maxis da Sammler etwas anders ticken).Der Song wurde nach der gleichnamigen Sängerin Barbra Streisand benannt. Die Nennung ihres Namens ist dabei der einzige Text des Liedes. Dem DJ und Mitglied von Duck Sauce A-Trak zufolge war die Wahl dieses Namens zufällig und durch das Ziel, die Zuhörer zu belustigen, erfolgt. Das Hauptmotiv des Liedes wurde von dem Berliner Heinz Huth geschrieben und entstammt dem Hit "Gotta Go" Home der Gruppe Boney M. Super abgemischt !Wohl kein Meilenstein in der Musikgeschichte aber ein richtig guter g...er Track der RICHTIG hammermässig abgeht !!!!!Bin selbst heute ( Nov. 2017) noch süchtig.Das wäre was für unsere damalige Dicothek "Zeppelin" hier in Bremen/Oyten gewesen.Ralph NettelmannBremen
