Aunt Fannie's Carpet Refresher Deodorizer, Lavender, 16 oz, Pack of 1

I’m very impressed with this carpet refresher. It was easy to use and left my carpets smelling fresh and clean with a pleasant lavender scent that wasn’t too strong. It helped eliminate pet odors and made the whole room feel fresher. I sprinkled it evenly over the carpet, let it sit for a few minutes, and then vacuumed it up. The difference was noticeable right away. My carpet looked cleaner, smelled amazing, and even felt refreshed.

Makes carpeting look new and cleaner. I love the fragrance it makes the entire room fresh and clean. Vacuum cleaner is fresh and clean after using this powder. Buying again for sure!

I bought a 100% wool rug and it just stank (as they do) and I let it air out for a couple weeks hoping the smell would go away and it never did. Every time I’d walk through the door I’d be hit with the musty smell of my rug and it was making me annoyed coming home to that. This product did help remove the smell from the wool rug. I sprinkled it all over, there’s a little more than half the bottle left from an 8’ round rug. I left it over night and vacuumed when I got home from work the next day. When I first sprinkled it, the lavender smell was pretty strong and I was honestly worried it was going to stay like that. When I woke up the next morning, I couldn’t smell it at all. When I got home from work I still couldn’t smell it. I vacuumed it up and the powder came up well on the “low floor” setting on my cheap vacuum. It didn’t come up much with the thick carpet setting. I laid on the rug (I am a no house, lay on the floor in the living room sometimes kinda gal) to see if a) there were left over residue and b) if it smelled still. It did a fantastic job at removing smell, my nose literally has to be touching the carpet to smell any kind of wool must which is natural anyways for a new wool rug. And there was no residue (I’m brown and I wear all black most of the time, I would have noticed) My biggest complaint is that the bottle didn’t leak necessarily but there was definitely powder getting on the sink when I was removing the seal and what not. I didn’t care about the lasting lavender smell because that wasn’t my goal but if you’re looking for a scent that stays, this isn’t it. If you’re just trying to remove musty rug smell, this is great.

I just received this product a few hours ago. I opened it and I absolutely love the smell. It smells like what you would expect a high end Spa to smell like that has relaxing fountains and meditative music with amazing massages and facials. I had a brief memory of Auberge Handfield Et Spa... I went there as a child 30 years ago and it is an amazing place. I lightly spread it around on carpeted areas. I am waiting to vacuum it up, but honestly I kind of don't want to. I do have a cat and a dog, I have terrible allergies and air purifiers in every room and young child with immunity issues. I am planning on waiting longer than the 15 minutes, but so far it doesn't bother anyone in the house. This is a great product that smells wonderful and fresh. I will update if I need to, but I have a feeling this product is worth it. I purchased the lavender scent. I also have read that bugs are deterred by lavender and although I don't have a bug problem, I also don't want one.

It’s ok- definitely gives more of a mint than a lemon scent. I don’t think the scent lasted long, which I would have preferred,

I put this on everything, especially since it’s non-toxic. I’ve even sprinkle a little bit on the dog and vacuum off of him. LOL. He loves it. It’s easy to use, smells great and I feel good about using it in my home or around dogs and children.

Very nice scent. Light Lavender/mint is not overpowering. It does not smell like chemicals, because it is made with natural products. Will definitely buy again

Nice scent. It does the job when you need to freshen up your rugs. Doesn't last very long, I used a whole container for several large rugs, which was useful for one cleaning vacuuming. I have 2 large dogs who are always lying on my rugs. I wish I didn't have to use a whole container at a time.

I literally used a tablespoon & before I even started to clean, I instantly smelled a lovely scent that im definitely not used to! Im already in love & want to order more! 💖 I gave up on powders so many years ago as they did absolutely nothing, smelled toxic and I always continued to feel it on my feet after the fact. So the price + the scent + now i can confirm it worked great...50 stars!

It’s smelled nice once sprinkled but didn’t really smell after vacuumed. My husband has allergies and for some reason his allergies went into overdrive after I used this on the carpets.
