What flavor is this? Or is there no taste?

It's not really flavored, but because of the ingredients it's really sweet and has a bit of a licorice taste from the fennel. I think it tastes good and my daughter likes it.

Can it be mixed into breast milk? I see someone said yes to formula, but nothing about EBM.

Yes, I mix it with an ounce of pumped breast milk at the beginning of the feeding during the nighttime colicky hours. It also mixes fine with formula. Seems to taste fine with either.

My little one is a little over a week old, how often can I use this? I know what the box recommend, but realistically what do "you (parents/ etc.)?"

I used this when my baby was 3 weeks old I started with .5 then I went to 1 ml only once a day, only because it says young babies can have a serious reaction. I also tried gas drops once but didn't start using those again until she was 3 months old. If your really having problems with your baby at this young I would see your doc because they really shouldn't be doing much more than sleeping and eating. My baby is now 3 months and serious gas and hiccups and crying started up about a month ago so I got gripe water which I use once and awhile, gerber colic soothe drops and natural phos 6 10x tablets.
