Sound quality is superb but not loud enough. You can only use the right earpiece when you want to use one of them, if its battery dies, you can't use the other one. It seems to discharge power even when not using

Signature Sennheiser sound. Lots of details, no artificial bass, very natural. Stays in ears. The only downside is battery life (~4 hrs) which is not a significant problem for me. I rarely listen to or watch movies longer than three hours.

Superb sound quality and build as you would expect from Sennheiser.Almost plug and play.You must pair with phone first and then with the app.Location on the phone needs to be turned on as well.I guess the app is kind of buggy as it took several attempts to pair the earbuds after downloading the firmware.After that inconvenience,everything was as it should be.I really like how the earbuds lock into your ears.You put them in and give them a slight twist and they are firmly secured.Highly unlikely they would ever fall out.This also makes a good seal for noise isolation and solid bass response.After trying several other high end brands,I'm really impressed with these and will be keeping them as daily drivers.
