I have been using A&D since my daughter was born (she’s almost 5 now). It’s the only ointment that truly protects my babies from a diaper rash. It creates a thick layer, preventing their sensitive skin to touch their pee/poop and makes cleaning much faster because poop slides right off. My son is 1 and we’re using it with him. He has sensitive skin and while other ointments have irritated him, this one has not!The only con I would say is that sometimes you get the screw-on cap which makes it frustrating to have to open it every diaper change. What I usually do is save the easy open lids and put it on the new tub!

Perfect if you got a chunky baby who chafes. I add it to his rolls and it takes away the moisture and redness. Smells amazing

This does way more than diaper rash. It's great for healing cuts and bruises. Due to his medication, my husband developed several bruises on his arms which looked unsightly. I applied A&D to his arms and in a short time the bruises have faded. It also has a nice moisture layer to protect and heal. My mother turned me on to this product many yrs ago & I've relied on it since.

If your baby is a newborn and you don't have a suggestion for which cream to use, I 100% recommend this one because it protects your baby from any burns.

It’s really good not only for diaper but in general if I notice poor hydration on my baby’s skin is so helpful since it heals it faster.
