No more tears, does exactly what it’s designed to do for the most part. It’s not perfect but it’s impossible to be when cutting onions. Adjustable fit and as comfortable as goggles can be while cutting onions. Can fog up though.

Read reviews of people saying these don't work, well maybe their reviews were on another brand of glasses. I bought these in the pink frame and tried them on while cutting up an onion for dinner last night. Not one tear in my eyes no sting or burning! I was happy I bought them and tried them for myself. Very comfortable to wear and I have a medium size head. Can't always believe the bad reviews I have found.

When I pulled these from the box, I couldn’t really believe my eyes. They did NOT look like they could possibly protect one’s eyes from noxious allium vapors. As a person with Dry Eye Syndrome, for me chopping or slicing onions is a particularly “special” experience. I decided to order these on a whim, although skeptical. My uncertainty was enhanced by the apparent design flaws that I immediately saw, including largish holes all around the edges, where I thought there ought to be well-sealed side walls. Also they fit poorly - the foam “seal” that seemed to be meant to contour to the wearer’s face was hit and miss in even touching my face, let alone creating a protective seal. But, I was determined to give them an honest chance, in order to be able to give them an honest one star review, so dubious was I. To my utter amazement, whilst chopping two onions into 1/2” pieces, my eyes, which happened to be already quite dry and uncomfortable that day, felt nary a whiff of onion-ness. I have to say that wearing these Onion Glasses was 100% successful in completely preventing the usual onion-slicing misery. I don’t understand how, I cannot explain it. But there it is. One star off for not fitting all that well, but they were not uncomfortable really. It is so rare and wonderful to be surprised for a change...

This item doesn't work for two reasons. 1_There are gaps in the seal for air flow so the lenses don't fog up. These same gaps let onion vapor or BBQ smoke flow over your eyes. 2_These aren't goggles, they're eyeglasses. The rigid arms hold a tight seal at your forehead but not on your cheeks. Real goggles are held equally against your forehead and cheeks by an elastic strap, the best models having pivot mounts for the strap.

If I have to come NEAR an onion without these goggles on, it is the end of the world (satirical). These onion-cutting goggles are such a game changer. They hug your face comfortability and in a way that doesn't allow any onion fumes to touch your fragile little eyeballs. I never cook around onions without them. All of my friends know how much I love these goggles and I plan on taking them to the grave (satirical once more).

I normally don’t wear glasses… And I’m starting to get used to these. Kitchen blocker is still a superior brand for comfort.

I'm a cryer. I admit it. Cutting onions and peppers is the worst but I also "cry" outside with any amount of air movement. These fit so well that I'll be able to wear them when exposed to wind and when I ride my bike. The eye protection is so good that they will keep my eyes dry and I'll be safe both in the kitchen and "on the road."

These are exactly what I needed. I can see clearly thru the lenses and even though I can smell onion, my eyes don't water at all. I'm so excited to be able to chop onions without my eyes watering.
