Great Marine based Supplement.
This is a great marine based supplement for collagen. I replaced my previous product, due to problems with high levels of zinc in combined daily vitamins, leading to hair loss. I have been on the product for 4 months now and have noticeably thicker hair, with lots of new growth. My nails are also growing ver rapidly.

Works well, noticeable improvement!
I have been using this product for about 6 weeks. It is working wonders for my nails and hair. I have deep vertical ridges in my nails, making them brittle. My nails have been improving quite a bit, the ridges are smoothing out. My hair feels and looks thicker also. I have fine hair. I'm on my second bottle and will be making this a monthly purchase.

Does great, but causes diarrhea
This vitamin supplement literally helped with joint pain (which isn't what I bought it for). I also noticed my skin was looking healthier after a few days. But... Also subsequently after a few days, I've noticed I've been having diarrhea 1-2x a day. And not because I have any other illness. Stopped taking these and the diarrhea stopped. Unfortunately, this product just does not agree with me.
