Very frequently device becomes unresponsive and requires raising it in the air to start working again… not possible to use the warranty - listed support phone number is not in service and no info on the provided site link! How do I get replacement?!

It is great but expensive and wear and tear does bring it down after a relatively short time for what you pay for

Very cool design, good for the eye and the hand; installs straight away and operates nicely once you get to know the features (flat: switched off, bend: turned on). Very good to navigate and scroll on the screen, very good to click left or right. Only minus: runs on battery and cannot be recharged

ممتاز وعمليه جدا

I thought i can use this mouse in more comfort level of hight for the arc, unfortunatly if you flat it..... it stop working like its not connect anymore ?!!!! I bought it because I want a flat slim easy mouse to move and don't feel the big curve I have to pot my hand on like a mountain and hurt palm of my hand... unfortunatly it happend :( is the mouse arc only benefit is "flat it" when you dont use it ?! I'm so mad and fool of me i got 2 instead of one :(

بيهنج بمعدل كل حركة او كليك لدرجة تجيب العصبي وتنرفز ,, ومفيش معاه حل سواء تفتحة وتقفله او تعمل ريستارت للجهاز كله مفيش فائدة الحقيقة بعد تجربة حوالي أربعة اشهر لا انصح بهذا المنتج اطلاقا فباعتبار الماوس اكثر حاجة بتستعمل أثناء العمل فهذا الموديل فاشل تماما
