I love this! I’m thinking about getting a bigger one or another for the other side or something similar. One thing I will say that is slightly misleading in the photo, is it appears to be a smooth transition from the post to the ball and that’s not the case. It’s simply just the post with a ball at the end of it which can make installing it a bit harder.

I've bought several real gold n díamond nose bars through Amazon and tho they were larger and more noticeable I lost them quickly (two less than a week) but the opposite end of this bar is just right as is the bar itself to hold nice and snug in my hole - I did scratch my nose one time and slip my fingernail accidently under the head and it popped out and bounced on the bedside take area - my husband turned lights out and found it by shining a flashlight around and it sparkled so bright he found it PDQ (along with God and St Anthony of lost things lol)

The stud itself is beautiful. I have only two concerns: The first being that the ball on the end is much bigger than the gauge and is a bit difficult for insertion. The other, the surface of the stud is a but rough to the touch.

This is the first nose ring I bought since I had it done a year and a half ago. I deliberated so much on what to get I was driving myself nuts. This one fits perfect I love it so much. I didn’t want to spend the money if I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. Now I’m sorry I waited so long.

Got this nose ring for my mother as a present and she loved it. She says it is very beautiful, flat against her nose and comfortable! The diamond is beautiful and sparkles in the light. Rated 5/5 STARS!! UPDATE: Sorry but I had to change my rating to two stars. The ball point ending was way to small and causes the nose ringing to come off so easily! My mother touched her nose lightly and next thing we know the now ring came out and fell on the ground! It's lost now.
