CHI Enviro Smoothing Shampoo, 32 Oz

Have had for a year and has done excellent on my hair. Doesn’t have a great smell but keeps my perm looking good.

Love the large 32oz size and pump. Goes great with my Chi Enviro Keratin treatment regime.

This is an amazing hair product 4 time buying. My wife and daughter share by it.

I used this product while visiting my sister for three weeks. Forgot to take my products to the shower and used hers. After that I intentionally used it, because I liked the way it made my hair look and feel. My hair was more manageable ! It even shined. When I ordered mine I confessed and offered to share my larger size with her. She was paying more for it from her beautician. Now we are both happier.

When I first used the shampoo my hair was softer and smoother. I also used the Chi Enviro Smoothing conditioner with it. After about a week, I noticed my hair started becoming unmanageable and my pH balance of my hair changed. While this was supposed to smooth, it made my hair frizzy and my hair color looked more red (I have medium brown hair color), as I continued to use it. When I straightened my curly hair, it seemed ok, but there was a coarseness to my hair which never happened when I used a straightening iron and with the humidity it just made my hair look terrible and toward the end of the day my hair felt like it had some sort of build up even though I didn't use any other product with it. Maybe it's not for my type of hair and it might work for people with straight hair, but this totally messed up my pH balance and texture of my hair. Once I went back to my previous product (Matrix Instacure) my hair was manageable and texture back to normal. I returned this product.
