SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro Series Case Designed for Galaxy S7, with Built-In Screen Protector Full-body Rugged Holster Case for Samsung Galaxy S7 (2016 Release) (Blue/Black)

I've had this case for about a week now and it's simply the most sturdy feeling case I've had before. I have no fears of dropping it or damaging the phone. It also comes with a built-in screen protector which is a great additional feature. It perfectly fits over the phone which is a great plus as I was hesitant due to the $60 case I had before had one that was roughly a quarter inch or so above the phone screen and completely messed with trying to use the phone. The clip is another thing all in itself, it's the only phone clip I have that fits my EMS 1.5" belt. It is a nice tight fit and it's easy to get the phone in and out of but secure enough where I don't have fears of it falling out. I've used the clip while running, driving, and biking with no problems with it coming out or even seeming remotely loose. The only problems I've had were minor and hardly worth noting. Getting the case, I had to look up online how to get it apart as when I was pulling it apart it seemed like I was going to break the screen protector (which was because I was trying to take it apart wrong). The ports at the bottom are a bit difficult to open and keep open as you put in an aux or charging cable, which again is only a minor problem. OVERALL: Great sturdy case that came with the best phone case clip I've seen in cases before. Feels a-lot more protective than otter boxes I have had before with a fraction of the price tag that comes on them. Highly recommend these cases, as the Galaxy S7 cracks easily on the back from my experiences of having cracked one already.

I just received the case. I'm using the phone in the case as I type this review. I usually buy Otterbox cases but the tactical/military look sold me. First of all, the build quality and presentation/packaging are excellent. Those were the first two items I noticed. They put thought into it. This case feels well made in the hand. It feels durable and the precision design looks laser cut. The belt clip is on par with the case in build quality. Clips on/off easily. The built in screen protector is right against the screen and feels good using swype. The finger "grippiness" is about the same as Otterbox built in screen protectors. I like the deep recession of the screen lip/rim. It gives plenty of protection from the front. I confirmed the wireless charging works using a OEM Samsung wireless charger. This was very important to me. Can't speak for third party chargers. The case is really tight fitting so I'm curious of the longevity of the silicon. Otterbox silicon usually expanded after 8 months. My only complaint is this: the two tabs covering the micro usb and audio ports on the bottom of the phone/case are slightly sharp at the edges. If you like to rest your pinky on the base of the phone during one handed use, it might be an issue. I noticed it pretty quickly. But this probably won't be a problem for most. Bottom line, $18 vs $35 for Otterbox Commuter case (current prices): The Otterbox Commuter doesn't come with a belt clip and includes an adhesive screen protector instead of the built in one with this case. Half the price with more to offer and better looks (in my opinion) make this an EASY recommendation. I took some quick photos to upload. I'll update this review if something comes up. Again, I typed this review on the phone, with swype, using the case. UPDATE (4/5/16): I dropped the phone twice since I've had it. Both drops were from 4ft high and both were on kitchen tile. There was no damage from the falls. Granted, the falls weren't high. I also wanted to mention that if you have a Gear VR, you'll have to remove the tight fitting case each time you want to use it. This is a small inconvenience. BUT if you're going to use the Gear VR on a regular basis, it might be too much. A more basic case might make sense for heavy VR users. Still happy with the case so far. UPDATE (8/4/16): It's been 4 months with the case. I've dropped the phone a number of times on a number of surfaces and it's performed admirably (including 3FT-4FT on concrete). The outer shell remains tight fitting. I ended up buying an identical Supcase for an LG G4. I honestly don't know why I've insisted on Otterbox in the past. The sharpness of the tabs at the bottom aren't an issue anymore. Maybe I've gotten used to it, but I wanted to mention that. One suggestion for Supcase would be to add a thin/discrete rear stand on future models. UPDATE (12/21/16): It's been over 9 months and the outer silicon is still tight fitting. It's not loose like the Otterbox would be by now. The front cover is still scratch free. Wireless charging still works well and removing the case for VR use hasn't been that big of a deal.I would still highly recommend this case.

I'm very glad that I purchased this phone case, it is made from very good quality material. I read the reviews before buying this phone case protector, some of the people left reviews saying this is equivalent 2 an Otterbox, those Otter box cases are like $50, so I didn't take much 2 get my attention I paid $18.22 so I was able 2 save quite a bit of money & at the same time get the same quality material/protection for my Galaxy S7. This case is a full body protection case. The case has 3 pieces 2 it, it has a built in screen protector cover that fits over the front of the phone/then a piece that you slide onto the back of your phone that helps hold/keep the piece you put over the front of your screen secure/ in place/then it has a holster that when you put your phone in it, it covers the front of your phone. I have a glass tempered screen protector on my phone screen, however I can also use the screen protection that comes with this phone/it fits the phone perfectly so really I have 2 screen protectors on my phone which is great, I just want 2 make sure I don't crack my screen or break my phone if it should accidently find itself falling outta my hands. It is durable I can tell you that its not a cheaply made product very sturdy case/I really like that it has a 360 degree swivel belt clip on the holster so that I can clip my phone case on 2 my side of my pants 2 keep it in place/so I have easy access 2 my phone/this case has little protector flaps that covers the bottom of your phone where you plug your charger in your phone/where you plug your headphone into your phone it helps keep water/other liquids out of it/also will keep dust out as well. I will buy this product from this seller again if needed. Just wish I'd found this sooner, then my galaxy S5 would've been better protected, so since it wasn't I found myself having 2 buy another phone an S7, learned my lesson when buying a phone that cost the kind of money a Galaxy cost, it pays 2 buy a really good phone case/screen protector so if phone falls, it's protected/maybe you won't have 2 do what I have now had 2 do/that's replace my phone with another one. I am extremely picky when it comes to protecting my phone, especially my brand new S7! That being said, I am really pleased with this case and for the price it's stellar. I do get a bit annoyed when looking at it during the day with full sunlight on the screen protector as it has tiny little squares in the film of the actual plastic screen protector, but it's non-existent otherwise. My brother has me convinced that it's a pattern they have in the material to maximize fingerprint sensitivity since there is a minimal space between protector of the screen and actual S7 glass. Works for me. Also, a heads up! If you all of a sudden get a rainbow looking oil sheen that appears on the screen then you pushed too hard on plastic screen protector either cleaning it or pushing commands. I resolved this when it happened by unassembling protector from phone and resetting it back on and it disappeared and has not done it again since. It's not a perfect protector, but it works great and the actual material on the main body of case is outstanding and durable. Nice feel to it and not slippery. I bought 3 total at about $15 a piece so I have 2 for backup as the plastic screen protector will inevitably show some wear in time due to constant touching and rubbing up against material in my pocket. They SHOULD sell the top screen protector SEPARATELY for this very reason for a few bucks and you would never need to buy another protector for your S7 unless you wanted a different type or look. I'm happy overall and from this obsessive, compulsively cleaning my screen to ensure clarity kinda guy that should mean something to the readers of this. Enjoy your S7 as it's an awesome phone! This case is excellent on all counts: price, fit and function. I am not at all kind to my phone. I use it for work and play. It is often dropped and exposed to heat and moisture. This case has protected my phone from me on dozens of occasions. It is NOT waterproof but does a decent job of keeping water out. I was caught in the rain a couple times on my motorcycle and while hiking. I was drenched, but just a tiny bit of moisture got under the screen protector. The construction is simple and highly effective. The pieces snap together tightly. The front bezel piece that holds the screen protector is hard plastic, while the back half is made of a slightly grippy, softer material. The softer back half fits very tightly to the bezel. Even with the tight fit, it is easy to remove the phone from the case for occasional cleaning. You WILL need to remove the phone once in a while. Dust will eventually sneak in around the exposed ports for the front camera/speaker and the open port for the front camera. This is NOT a design flaw. It's just the way it is for this type of case. It's not 100% enclosed, but it's pretty damn close. I like this case so much, I bought the tablet version for my Galaxy Tab S3.

I'm pretty hard on my phones. I drop them A LOT! I was pretty nervous when I was gifted such a nice, expensive phone back in 2016. I can honestly say this is a champ when it comes to protecting your phone! That said, this only lasted 1 YEAR for me due to TWO HUGE DRAWBACKS: 1) the cover is nearly impossible to remove without breaking it, and 2) the built-in screen protector is awful. If you're careful and plan accordingly, this may not be much of an issue. If you're also used to replacing your phone and/or cover regularly, this may also not be an issue. My recommendations- if you think you might hate the built-in screen protector (which lint, hair, dirt, etc., gets underneath fairly easily), remove it BEFORE putting the cover on (see other reviews for instructions) and add a separate screen protector. Once this cover is on, good luck removing it without damaging it! If your battery life isn't great and you're thinking you may want to replace it soon (versus just buying a new phone), I also suggest you do so prior to putting on this case. Quick summary, PROS- looks awesome, loved the bright blue color, and was easier to clean/sanitize with alcohol wipes than previous Incipio case. Port covers/headset jack/openings all fit perfectly, I had no issues with the side flaps staying closed, getting stretched out, or charging my phone with a slightly bulkier universal adapter. CONS- debris collects under the built-in screen. Don't plan on removing the case or built-in screen to clean or dispose of it (or anything else) once this cover is on your phone.

We have purchased this same case for 2 different phones now and have been using the first for 2+ years, the 2nd for a year, without needing to replace either. Prior to buying these Unicorn Beetle cases we used Otterboxes. The price difference was enough to convince us to try these but we were very impressed with the durability and quality of the case when our first one arrived. They are significantly less bulky than the comparable Otterbox option and the outer layer is a smooth surface, not rubbery like the Otterbox, so they slide easily in and out of pockets, purses, etc. We have kids and physical jobs, meaning our phones are dropped, thrown, stepped on, and just generally mistreated on a daily basis. With these cases we have NEVER had so much as a scratch on our actual phones. The cases themselves have lasted very well. The only downside is if you like to, or need to, remove your case often these are difficult to remove and put back on. The outer layer is fairly stiff (perfect if you want to keep prying 2-year olds' fingers from being able to remove them) which makes it rather tricky to pull that layer off. Because it is so difficult to remove and does require some force one of the cases we have has been cracked around the hard, inner plastic edging in a few places. That being said, the outer layer is sturdy enough to hold it snugly in place and other than when removing or replacing the case (to clean the phone) it is not an issue at all with the functionality or durability of the case. Overall a great case and can't beat it for the price!

Updated post on June 4, 2019 after two years of use The case worked great as described in the original post below. But after two years of use, while on my belt, it caught on a seatbelt in the car and snapped off the back clip, as shown by the pictures. I can still use the case but with no clip, cannot use it on a belt. Notice the small plastic ring which broke from the clip. So, the maker needs to beef up the clip mechanism to stand up to situations where the case is hit on the side while on a belt. The same thing could happen if your arm swings down on the top of the case while it is clipped to a belt. It worked well enough, however, that I ordered a replacement. Original Post for this purchase in March, 2017 was 5 stars This is a great case. Fits my Samsung S7 well. I have dropped the phone twice and no damage occurred perhaps due to the rubber rounded corners. One small issue is I have an Insta360 360 degree camera that would not fit into the usb port until I used a Dremel grinder to cut away some of the case, but that modification did not affect the case usage. The case fits in a belt holster, and it is fairly strong and I have only had it pop out when I am sitting in a car and trying to connect the seat belt. Additionally, the S7 is QI ready, which means it can work with QI wireless charging stands - I found the S7 and this case works fine with the NANAMi QI charging stand. Some less reliable QI chargers don't work well with cases, but I had no such problem and there was no overheating, which also affects some chargers.

Cover straordinaria , resistente e sicura è stara la soluzione ai miei problemi, l'unico neo é che non consente di utilizzare il vetro protettivo. Certo non è bella ma dopo 280 euro di danni dovuti a una caduta accidentale del telefono mi sono imposta di non badare all'estetica.

The Unicorn Bettle SUP Cases are my favourite cases. I've had these for different models (IPAD, S7/S9/S10) and they've never done me wrong. Withstood many impacts with the ground in many different working environments. The style and size is not to everyone's liking as it is a little chunkier that what some would like, but it is the trade off for protection. Personally I like the extra weight and size (until it hits me in the head when I drop it laying on the bed). Finally the screen protector that comes built into the case is also a nifty feature. I would not recommened any other case over this brand. You are paying more than your standard cases, but your phone will appreciate the extra protection you receive.

In the last 18 months, I have broken 5 plastic belt clip pockets of famous and unnamed brands. My work puts my pockets to the test. When I saw this model, the quality and price seemed to me correct. At the reception, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials, the comfortable grip, the effective non-slip surfaces, the protectors of the cell phone ports against the dust and, most importantly, the ultra-resistant belt pouch which firmly holds the device using a quality oversize lever. The pouch can rotate 360 degrees and remains in the desired position due to the quality of the pivot.
