Use these for cookie dough, scooping ice cream, making salmon croquettes, and everything in between- and am super happy with them! I use them the most for cookie dough and the two largest sizes have been just right for large chocolate chip cookies to small sugar cookies. They are smooth and easy to use and most importantly for me are extremely durable and cleanable. I have put them in the dishwasher over and over and even an commercial kitchen grade sanitizer and they show absolutely no wear after several months. Definitely happy I purchased them and would recommend to anyone who cooks. I would say that maybe if you had issues with hand strength or arthritis these might be a little difficult to use for you but I personally have had no problems even after doing many batches in one day- the tension has been just right for me and I've attached a video of using one.

I did some research on cookie scoops before I selected Homure Brand. I found it was one of several brands that had a good rating. Also, I was looking for stainless steel. I wasn't too sure of the size of scoops these would be so i decided to place the order for the 3 pack. When I examined them, I was really impressed. They were sturdy and the release mechanism was easy and smooth. The stainless steel brightness looked great. I have no doubt that these kitchen tools will have a long life.

The shipment was undamaged, coddled in bubble wrap like a baby. Wow! Extremely well built, nice heft, comfortable grips with excellent ergonomics. Originally, I wanted just the larger one for portioning cookie dough, but got the entire set. Very pleased, indeed. Not the cheapest, but spend the money and get a lifetime's worth of service.

I got these to make some cookie recipes and they work great. Who knew you could use ice cream scoops for anything more than ice cream! But you can and that there are three different sizes makes it much more appealing for longevity of a product.
