Can’t get pump to work. twist l & r plus push down and up but no luck. what’s the trick to getting it to work?

I’m not sure. My pump worked fine… You may have to take the pump out and try different maneuvers to get it to work. If all else fails, you may have to re-order it, or put it in a cool little bottle with a pump that works. That’s what I would do :-)

The item says is a beard oil when it’s actualky a beard wash. Should change the title on this item. Is misleading?
