I use this for exercises, but I also use it as a stepstool to reach high items in my home. It feels very sturdy. The plastic is easier to wipe off if you need to. I’d like that you can add steps or take them away as needed to make it different heights. Wonderful item.

Well built, quickly delivered, decent quality, and at a good price. This is exactly what I needed for my physical therapy. Don't try to save a few bucks, get the tools you need to keep yourself healthy.

Very sturdy and easy for workout.

Decent enough for rehabbing an arthritic knee. I fluctuate in weight but max at around 185 lbs. I think these will likely work better with someone who is lighter as the plastic slightly compresses under my weight when stepping onto the platform, hence 4 rather than 5 stars for me. To reinforce the top I cut a piece of plywood, added grip tape and rails underneath to help firm up that softness. My weight distribution is now much better across the entire top. Being stackable is helpful, and light to put away for storage. For the price it's affordable, as there are more expensive units. The item is stable, with a non-slip top. Again, for someone lighter it will likely be just fine and last awhile.

For the longest time I kept trying to awkwardly use my bench for workouts require one leg up or step ups, etc. That never worked to well so I found myself changing workouts and things because the height wasn't ideal. I need something like this product. I finally decided to buy it and was well worth the money spent. I even bought 2 more add on extensions. I am 6' 4" so I needed it to be just a little higher to be comfortable for me. Has definitely made my workouts better being able to quickly get the height I need adding or removing a step. The product seems to be durable and I don't really have any complaint. It works great for it's purpose!

I’m so glad I found this. It’s compact but big enough to easily fit two feet comfortably. I use it mostly to sit on and do crunches. But it has enough risers to get a really good single leg squat. And shipped quickly.

Amazing and good quality. Sturdy but not good for double leg jumps onto box. Great use for rehab purposes.
