Keeps cold and flu at bay!
I have been a fan of olive leaf for years! I take daily during cold and flu season and it really seems to help keep sickness at bay. Anytime I feel something coming on I pop a couple of extra pills throughout the day along with some, Vit C, D, and zinc and I almost never actually go down. I highly recommend adding this to your arsenal of cold and flu season’s immune boosters!

easy to swallow capsules, dark glass bottle
Studies indicate its health-boosting effects occur when taking 500 to 1,000 milligrams daily. This has 680 mg, which falls within range of therapeutic value. Can take upwards of 8 weeks for it to do whatever it is you are looking for. I am using it to help control high blood pressure, and general health support. Bonus that it can help keep blood sugar in check (and lower it) as well as help with anxiety, which I have. Be mindful of medications that you take alongside this. "For the best results, take 1 capsule 2 times daily between meals for 3 to 4 months."

Definitely works for blood pressure
My husband has been on BP and cholesterol meds for years. Those have been affecting his memory and I did a lot of research on olive leaf extract. Dr said it was ok to go off the cholesterol meds and to chart BP for a month to see. His BP was still high into two weeks when he started to take this brand- one capsule twice daily with meals. Within two days his blood pressure and heart rate was normal! It was so fast my husband thought there was something wrong with him. I’m shocked about that. Can’t wait to see if it helps with the cholesterol. All the studies I was reading also mentioned that if you don’t have blood pressure problems olive leaf extract won’t affect your blood pressure. I have severe allergies and I also noticed that I don’t have any allergy symptoms when I take it as well. I wish this supplement was cheaper but it definitely works. It’s such a relief to get this under control and without all of those side effects.
