It arrived very quickly & I was surprised by how much bigger it is compared to other mascaras. I like the packaging but one matter of concern is the fact that it is unsealed. This makes me second guess if it is actually safe to use & it is probably why other reviewers received it dry. Otherwise, it works just as a mascara should & the price is a big plus
