Yes, a man and a woman can both take the men's multivitamin. We would not recommend for a man to take the women's multivitamin unless they are low on iron.

Have purchased this many times, nice naturally sourced multivitamin. No odor, no aftertaste, no stomach discomfort, pills are easy to swallow, etc. All the bases covered here and nothing synthetic.
