been up four days 100 degrees weather still working , will monitor wait and see how long, better than others. UPDATE Fell off fifth day no adherence to wall only on object . Wasted money.

I used this to mount a battery readout on my golf cart. I tried using velcro strips but they wouldn't hold it. This works great

Pros: Works amazingly. Used to mount dashcam on dashboard. Has not come loose like every other 3m I've used. Cons: I found that once I placed it on the mount for my dashcam (without the dashcam mounted) and then stick to the dashboard it felt loose at first. Bbuuttttttt after 24 hours, slid solid as a rock. I'd attach it, place something heavy on it for a couple hours, and then attach whatever.

I'm sure they work great on surfaces that are not slightly textured. They are very very sticky tho. I tried to put my body mirror on my wall that is slightly textured, it held for maybe a few hours.

Very disappointing. The tape worked for about 20 hours. On the first day, it held my whiteboard securely, so I thought everything was fine. However, on the second day, the tape lost its grip and the whiteboard fell, as shown in the photos. The product claims to hold up to 4.5 kg, but that was not my experience. I would not recommend it.

Super sticky

I had used the strips to mount a ring doorbell camera on concert surface of my house in Florida. Well, the camera held for a couple days and fell to ground. The mounting strip was still attached to the wall. The strip didn’t adhere to the backing plate of the camera so well. I don’t know if it was high temperatures (upper 90’s) or the humidity that loosen the tape and the back of the device. I was able to remove the adhesive from the wall without any paint damage. So that’s a plus.

Tried many mounting strips to try to get a board up, and so far these are the winners. easy application and stays so well.

This is supposed to be able to hold 12lbs or something but it couldn’t keep my dashcam stuck to my wind shield. Total disaster

Llevo utilizando este producto ya un tiempo y lo he utilizado para diferentes propósitos y he estado realizando pruebas con el mismo. El producto indica que 1 tira resiste aproximadamente 600 gramos de peso (0.6 Kg), por lo que lo utilice para pegar en una superficie totalmente lisa un multicontacto y unos cargadores pesan mas o menos 400 gramos y hasta ahora lo ha resistido y mantenido muy bien adheridos a esa superficie totalmente lisa. Utilice 4 tiras para hacer una prueba de peso, adherí a una pared totalmente lisa una caja de plástico con paredes totalmente planas y lisas, coloque varios objetos y las 4 tiras resistieron aproximadamente un peso de casi 3 kg. Mi observación, es que este producto es muy bueno para adherirse a la superficie que desees, solo que si es recomendable que sea totalmente lisa y que este previamente limpia, lo intenté en superficies más o menos rugosas pero, no tiene la misma adherencia.

Wow this stuff is strong. I had some little shelves and storage for small bathroom accessories that kept falling with their built in suction caps. This stuff fixed that instantly, it’s super strong. And easy to remove from bathroom tiles too. Exactly what I was looking for.
