Great book
I read the book in two settings. Such a great story about southern Sudan and the story of two children from two different tribes in southern Sudan. The story describes difficulties about finding clean water in the village. There are hopes in the story and have a nice ending.RememberA step at a timeOne problem at a time just figure out this problemKeep walking

A Must Read
Both my 10-year-old and I were captivated by the powerful writing of Linda Sue Park and the unbelievable strength, persistence, and hope of the main character. It's even more touching since it's based on a true story. Great read for the entire family to discuss and connect over.
