I love this salt. Way healthier than bleached toxic white salts. It's salty ,but it's suppose to be, it's salt. It's GMO free. I prefer the larger peices. I can easily grind it down in my hand grinder when I need a finer consistency for sprinkling .This salt is pretty, find a nice glass container and display it. It adds a nice touch on top of brownies and candies , cookies that I make. When I get a headache a little bit of this salt blended into hot tea, smoothies or cold drink gets rid of it. You'd be surprised how times a headache is from sodium deficiency . I'm not a doctor I'm just saying it personally works for me only. I also grind it to use as a mouth rinse. This type of salt is mineral rich. It could also be used as a salt scrub on feet or for minerals in a warm foot bath to reduce inflammation .

I love my salt, I have a collection. I usually buy BULK of my most used Salts. This was a Happy Accident. When it was in my cart, the photo on the bag {in the description} said, “FINE.” I could not see the whole title, in my cart. I deleted the wrong one. I already had a LOT of Coarse Pink Salt. This one is more coarse and works better in my grinder, I have more options and can change the grind to get what I want. It has nice flavor and works well for my “Every Day” uses. One Exception... I make my own seasoning blends, to use in grinders, and found this to be to Coarse for that. I do like it on its own. I kind of have to buy another salt for that now. All and all, I was happy with this purchase. It just might be a while before I buy more Pink Salt again. I just bought a shaker of FINE {for the table} since I bought the wrong bag. I will not “Panic Shop” for salt anymore...LOL.

second time around ordering this. The salt is very course but I use an electric grinder to get it down to the right size I prefer.

Since I cook a lot, bulk was the best way to purchase coarse, Himalayan pink salt. The salt has good flavor, good overall texturing and color. I prefer to use Himalayan pink salt because of the flavor, and because I can grind at the coarseness level I choose (although it does not have iodine in it, it technically has more trace elements in the salt, and it is not refined). Good quality product for the price.

We go through sooooo much salt in this house! My fiance is a salt hog (even though he shouldn't be due to health reasons but I can't stop him😒). Besides that it works in all the grinders we ever owned and even works great for my smelling salts I add fragrance oil too! So wether its for the kitchen or the craft room it's great quality and great price compared to other companies! On the other hand IF your a husband with heart issues reading this because you cover everything in salt...and you have that wife nagging you or always saying stop that's too much and not good for you! Or you know what the Dr told you! LISTEN TO HER! She just loves you😊!
