Great product
A good choice in terms of comfort, quality, size, and protection level but the inner layer is a little thin for me. But it's a very good choice overall.

Workouts/fighting
It's a great mouth guard but it will take more than one try to mould in perfectly. I am using this for gym as lifting heavy makes your teeth grind it good for that and for fighting purpose's it is also a great mouth guard for that too .

Good for powerlifters and strength athletes not good for combat sports.
The product is quite thick, so its very good if you want to crush your teeth against it during heavy lifts. But, as it is so thick you won't be able to maintain proper breathing so may not be good for any kind of MMA. It would be better to get your own mouth guard from a dentist if you are in combat sports but if you are in strength activities those will crack pretty easily and this won't. As for fitting it was quite small when it came. But, as directed, I boiled and made molded it and it fit perfectly after only 1 attempt so didn't see any issues there.
