Good tape sealant
This worked great for installing a vent fan in my RV roof. Easy to work with hint - place the tape roll in the refrigerator prior to use, less sticky while placing the tape. Seemed durable once secured and there has been no gaps or leaks.

Butyl tape review
Worked great exactly as it should and delivery was fast as I was under a tight time line to receive it. The butyl stripped away from the tape nicely but keep it out of the sun cause then you will have fun getting it to separate.

Great stuff
Works great for stated applications. Make sure to refrigerate it for an hour before applying, esp if ambient temp is already high, or you will be fighting goopiness, fyi.
