Life Extension Two-Per-Day with Vitamin B6, B12, C, E, D3, Magnesium & Zinc High Potency with Over 25 Multivitamins and Mineral Extracts Gluten Free & Non-GMO, 120 Capsules

I would give this multi 10 stars if I could. It's similar to doctor-prescribed Thorne brand, but at a much more reasonable price. It contains the bio-available forms of B vitamins, for example (1) the methylcobalamin form of B12, rather than cyanocobalamin, and (2) actual folate instead of poorly-absorbed 'folic acid'. The bio-available forms don't require your liver to perform enzymatic chemical reactions in order for your body to use them. This is great because we all differ genetically w/ regard to our liver enzyme activity. Our enzyme activity also decreases with age. Doses of B vitamins in this multi are high (not uncommon), but there is no established upper limit (UL) on many B vitamins because they are water-soluble, meaning, the excess is flushed out rather than stored. That's why I take each of the recommended 2 capsules separately, at different times of the day. This multi also contains K2 (different from K1, the clotting vitamin) which isn't found in most multivitamins. K2 is a calcium transporter, which means it moves excess calcium out of your blood and soft tissues, such as your blood vessels, corneas etc., and into your bones & teeth where it belongs. Search online with the words "k2 aids cardiac health and bone health" and you'll see what I mean.) This multivitamin/multimineral has been independently tested by Consumer Lab to contain what it claims. Life Extension products consistently test well, and are also recommended by doctors. (No, I don't work for Life Extension, but maybe I should!) :)

Would have preferred all activated B's, 200mcg of chromium and not using toxic niacinimide for B3 (excess accumulation in cells is pro-aging). But for what you get for the cost, this is the best I can find. It's not enough to get me to switch over from using individual vitamins and minerals, but is certainly suitable for less aggressive folks.

My old multi switched its formula after 35 years. I have no idea why but they tasted horrible. So I tried Life Extension I'm sensitive to most supplements ( bad stomach) I find these are great and they have 4x the D3 of my other brand and are less expensive. I use 1 a day instead of the two a day. Gives me 4 months worth. I need less in the way of supplements then most people and 1 capsule a day is ideal. No side effects and the green capsules are easy to swallow and so is the price. Several multi's on here have given me hives and severe GI distress. Not Life Extension .

Best multi vitamin on the market. It contains a higher potentcy of most needed vitamins/minerals and in easy to swallow capsules. I like that it also includes 100mg of magnesium, which is so hard to find in ANY multi. I panic when ever I cannot find these in stock! Hope they never ever discontinue these because I have been loyal to this one for years and I know there is none that compares. I have searched and searched before I found these and none were as well covered in contained supplement and potency.

I like the ingredients listed, but they cause burps and are hard on my stomach and make my daughter and I both feel nauseated after taking one, even with food. Also, my daughter's anxiety had gotten worse after starting these vitamins (one per day), along with physical symptoms of shakiness and general stomach discomfort so I'm wondering if the levels of vitamin B may be too high for some people to tolerate.
