Are these wipes plastic free?

No, the packaging has a plastic closure. The wipe itself is made of plant based materials

As these do not have 'fine to flush' certification, shouldn't they be banned?

They have flushable on packet States flush 1 at a time

have these been approved by any water company as suitable to pass through sewage treatment works?

No idea but they cause our drains no problem and are the only truly flushable wipes,great value and wou;d'nt use anything else now.

Are these biogradeable

They are biodegradable but if you flush too many at once they can block the waste pipe. I had this problem where over time they accumulated in the pipe and had to be flushed out. If used a few at a time it should be ok. I have and haven’t had any problems as yet.
