Chevron Techron High Mileage Fuel System Cleaner, 12 oz, Pack of 1

This is the gold standard of fuel system cleaners. I am a mechanic. I swear by this stuff. It uses higher amounts of PEA than other fuel system cleaners. If you don’t believe me, just look up The Motor Oil Geek on YouTube and listen to his testimonial. This is an American product that outperforms the rest, including Red Line or Liqui Moly. Red Line is also a great product. But this is cheaper, and better. You only need to add this to your vehicle’s gas tank every 3,000 miles, so it isn’t expensive if you consider that. I personally do add it to the tank more often (when finances allow) because of the increased fuel economy I notice. I’d you want to keep your vehicle running in top shape in these tough economic times, look no further than Chevron.

My old car wouldn’t pass the CA smog test ; dealership said repairs would cost me $3000 / no guarantees . Short story ; i have been using this and it cleared the carbon buildup & passed smog 👍

I've been using Chevron Techron High Mileage Fuel Additive regularly in my 2019 Volvo S90 Plug-In Hybrid, and it's definitely earned a spot in my maintenance routine. While hybrids don’t rely on the combustion engine as heavily, I’ve found that a dose of Techron every few thousand miles helps keep the fuel system running smoothly, especially when I switch from electric to gas. Pros: Engine runs smoother and feels more responsive after use Helps maintain fuel system cleanliness, especially important for high-mileage engines Easy to pour, good packaging, and widely available Cons: I didn’t see a dramatic increase in MPG, just a slight improvement It’s not cheap if you're using it regularly, but I consider it preventative maintenance Overall, it’s a solid product that does what it claims—cleaning injectors and helping reduce hesitation or rough idling. I’ve noticed less engine noise and more consistent performance since incorporating it into my maintenance schedule. Not magic in a bottle, but a worthy addition for any high-mileage vehicle. Would definitely recommend, especially for hybrid owners who want to protect the fuel system during infrequent engine use.

Have been using this product for years. Dissolves carbon and cleans fuel injectors. I know this because after about 100 miles of adding this to my tank a piece of carbon wedged itself between the gap in two of my spark plugs. Truck began to run very rough so i R&R'd all my plugs and found the carbon in 2 plugs. Also use it in a motorized bike and 2 outboard motors. I think its better than Seafoam for automobiles. Just my opinion.
