Are they heavy? Can they weigh down a paper?

Individually, they weigh 11 g. I use them to display photos.

Where are these made?

This binder paper clips are made in China. They are produced by a professional manufacturer and the quality is guaranteed. Please be assured to buy it. Hope this may help you. Thanks.

Whats the best screw for these clips?? Size?

The hole of this bulldog clip is about 0.2 in (5 mm)

What can I use to attach these to a piece of wood that will look nice for a craft?

I ordered the black clips and just painted the screw I used to match. They looked fine. I hope this helps.
