It works just fine. I had a diarrhea for a couple of days. However I'm not sure if it's because some type of magnesium in the product isn't suitable for me or I was just stressed out in relationships with my partner (I get upset stomach sometimes when stressed) . After a week of consumption I'm doing just fine. I love the dosage and it really sends me to sleep 🤍 I also got selenium from this company, satisfied as well.

Love this brand because it works! I've tried numerous other brands of magnesium and all of them were a disappointment. This brand is second to none and if you try it, you will be glad you did!😀

I've tried a few different magnesium supplements over the years and this one has become my favorite so far. The capsules are a reasonable size and easy to swallow, not those huge horse-pill types. I take one in the evening and have noticed I fall asleep a bit easier and don't wake up as often during the night. Leg cramps have disappeared. No stomach upset either, which has been an issue for me with some other magnesium products in the past. The blend of different forms seems to make a real difference compared to the cheaper oxide-only versions I've used. Bottle lasted a good while too. Will keep this in my regular routine.
