Ha pasado por todos los antihistamínicos, y se ha vuelto resistente a la mayoría. Con la Quercetina se le quitan los síntomas en 30 minutos. Ha sido una maravilla, súper efectivo y es natural. I initially got this as an experiment. It worked so well, it is now a regular part of the supplement mix.As I have aged, my hay fever got worse. Nothing life threatening, mind you, but annoying, highly distracting and potentially disrupting to good sleep and work focus. For a long time, a single over the counter allergy tab, during pesky days was good enough to get by with. With time, that effectiveness decreased.Two of these with a single allergy tab makes the difference for me. I swear it also eases achy joints when I have pushed the body a bit too hard. Literature says it is just good at inflammation, in general. I believe it.The taste and smell can be off putting, at first. Ater a year, I don't really notice it. It is usually ok on the tummy, but occasionally I will get a minor gas/discomfort - esp if I am loading it up with a bunch of other supplements.Like everything else, it is a factor of your body getting used to it.It feels a tad bit expensive, but I haven't investigated any other brands of this, yet.
