What is the difference between the Eau de Toilette versions and this "mild deodorant spray" version, if any?

They smell exactly alike, however the deodorant spray is little lighter. I use it as a body spray and then get dressed. Use it the same way you would use a product like "Axe". Sometimes I use it as a cologne but it won't last all day like the Eau de Toilette. Basically no major difference...just the intensity and longevity of the fragrance.

Is this item authentic?

YES! This particular item from Cool Water is the called the "Mild Deodorant Spray" It is a good product but not quite as long lasting or as strong a scent as Cool Water's "Eau De Toilette" line...but it is still a very good product and I like it very much. I use both lines from Cool Water. PRICE is the real difference between the two. Good Luck with your choice.
